We expected the fireworks on the East River, but they went off on the west side instead. It looked like the city was on fire.

Brooklyn Sunset

Only a few more days left in my Park Slope apartment, and I wanted to try to capture the sunset. Most of the color started to fade by the time I got up to the roof and the camera on the tripod. These were taken with a long lens at a 20-24 f-stop with a 3-10 second shutter
